ARE MY FROGS IN STOCK?

Our standard-sized and smaller items are in stock and ready to ship, and if the shopping cart lets you place them in your cart then we have them available.

NOTE: Some of the larger items and hand-made jewelry are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. These items will have a special alert on the product description page. 

CAN I PHONE IN MY ORDER?

Yes! We are happy to take your order by phone. You can call our toll-free Hopline at 888-213-8564 from 9am-4pm Pacific time Monday-Friday.  The toll-free number is good for the US and Canada only.

Please note that our operators will say "Oregon Webstores!" when they answer the phone. Please tell them you are placing an order for the FROG NIRVANA store.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Frog Nirvana can ship anywhere in the US and Canada, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, and a limited number of foreign countries.  If the selection list at checkout includes your country, then we can ship to that location.

NOTE: For orders outside the US, you are responsible for any duties and taxes levied by your government on your parcel upon arrival. All our prices are listed in US dollars.  To calculate the conversion from US dollars to Canadian dollars, we suggest using the Universal Currency Converter at http://www.xe.net/ucc/ .

WHAT ABOUT RESHIPPING SERVICES?

We realize that reshipping services provide a valuable service for many people, but mail orders sent via reshippers are also much more likely to be fraudulent. Because of this, we cancel all orders if we believe they are being sent through a reshipper. If you wish to use a reshipper, contact us in advance about payment verification.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Standard shipping methods vary from 2 days to 14 days for US delivery, depending on which method you select. Orders specifying Express Mail or FedEx 2nd Day receive RUSH order handling, and will ship from our warehouse on the same day if you order before noon Pacific time on a business day (otherwise on the next business day). Other shipping methods will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, except for mail orders by personal check which will be held 10 days to clear.  If your shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by E-mail.  If you need your frogs by a specific day, just write a note in the "customer comments" portion of the checkout form or Email us. 

EXCEPTION: If your order includes items that ship directly from the manufacturer, their shipping times are stated on the page that shows the product photo and description. These items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and cannot be ordered with expedited shipping.

Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, FedEx, or other carriers, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions.  Please allow extra time during holidays.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight and/or size of the items you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option, due to the wide variety of products we carry. However, products being shipped directly to a third party and requesting a gift tag are packed nicely to make sure they look festive for the recipient.  Most jewelry comes in handsome gift boxes.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?

If you place two orders in a short time period to the same address using the same shipping method, we can usually combine them on request.  You will receive a refund of any excess shipping cost for the SMALLER order. If we notice two orders but have not heard from you, we may choose to combine them if schedule permits. Please note that due to credit card processing costs and handling costs, there is a minimum shipping/handling charge of $2 for the second order or each combined order.

Sorry, you will not be able to combine shipping with orders that are placed on a different "Oregon Webstores" store.  (turtlemax.com, frogstore.com, or any other)

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can mail in your order and pay by check or money order. Use the online shopping cart to assemble your order, and go through the checkout process to fill in your shipping address and select your shipping method. When you get to the final page where it asks for your credit card number, just print out the page and mail it in with your check or money order. Mail to: Frog Nirvana, 1800 SW 3rd St., Corvallis OR 97333.

Alternately, if you want to reserve the products while a check is being sent, go ahead and place the order online and use a test credit card number (Visa 4111111111111111).  The order will be declined, but will still be in our system.  Then email or call us with your name and the order date and explain that you are sending a check/MO to pay for the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?

No, we will not accept an order to be billed later.  All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed.  See paragraph above for how to reserve products while a check is being sent.
