Guarantee Policy

and smiles. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for
products purchased through this web site. We accept
returns on any merchandise providing it is in 'like-new'
condition with the original sales receipt within 30
days. We guarantee our products against defects in material
or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
All product returned to Frog Nirvana will be exchanged
or promptly refunded upon the receipt of the defective
or unwanted merchandise.

Returns
MUST be repackaged in the exact same manner that the
items were shipped to you. Improper packaging on returns
may disqualify you for a return, so please be diligent
in your repackaging. Items returned damaged or in a
condition that makes them unable to be resold will not

Instructions For Items Broken Or Lost During Transit
If you receive your order and it is damaged please
hold onto the item in it's original packaging
(including outer shipping box and fillers like
styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap etc.) and contact us
so that we may file a claim with the shipping
service. In the meantime we will send you a
replacement or give you a refund. In most cases we
will ask for your permission to have the shipper
(UPS/USPS) call or drop by to asses the item(s). In
any case please contact us so that we may assist and
take care of your individual needs.
