We accept returns on any merchandise providing it is in 'like-new' condition with the original sales receipt within 30 days. We guarantee our products against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. All product returned to Frog Nirvana will be exchanged or promptly refunded upon the receipt of the defective or unwanted merchandise.

Returns MUST be repackaged in the exact same manner that the items were shipped to you. Improper packaging on returns may disqualify you for a return, so please be diligent in your repackaging.
