Information We offer secure encrypted online ordering and cheerfully accept toll free telephone orders at 1-866-721-Frog (3764). International callers use 360-458-5847. You may call in an order 24 hrs a day and leave all of your pertinent information on our secure voicemail. Please note that this phone is not staffed at all hours. If you reach our answering system please leave a message with at least your name and number and we will call you back. Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order and make sure it's right before shipment.

USPS/UPS Holidays USPS/UPS observe these holidays, and there is no shipping on these days. If you place your order on one of these days, or one of these days falls three business days after you place your order, please allow up to three business days plus the holiday for us to process than ship your order.

Gift
Certificates Gift Certificates may also be purchased and redeemed for any product that Frog Nirvana sells. Gift certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Check Orders To place an order with check or money order, add the items you are purchasing to your shopping cart, click check out, enter your shipping information and click continue. On the next page that comes up, select your shipping method, print that page, then mail it to us along with your payment. Checks and money orders will be held for up to 7 business days before the order is processed.

Sales Tax Sales tax: Add 7.8% for all Residents of Washington State

Shipping Most orders will be shipped via UPS within the Continental US and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Normal shipping time for this service is 4-5 days once shipped.
If you need product shipped quicker we can ship 2nd day or next day air via UPS.

International Orders
Frog Nirvana will work diligently to provide our international customers with the best shipping rates possible. Please e-mail or call us with your location and product requests and we will calculate your shipping charges.

Christmas
Ordering
Order as soon as possible to insure arrival by Christmas Eve. Please note that neither UPS or USPS ships on Christmas Day. The last day FN can guarantee arrival by Xmas is Dec. 19th. After that choose your shipping carefully! Not to worry, we offer a variety of expedited shipping options. The office will be closed for Christmas Dec. 23rd-25th, but you can still place orders online.

Order Status
You should receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, telling you your order number, and that your order has been processed and will be shipped soon. As soon as your order is shipped, your will receive another email confirmation from either UPS or USPS that your order has been shipped, and the tracking number, which you can track on either UPS.com or USPS.com, depending on what method of shipping you chose. We will contact you within three business days after placing your order if there is any problem in fulfilling your order, so please check both your phone messages and email to make sure we have not tried to contact you letting you know of any problems with shipping your order. If you have not received the second email after three business days, are unable to track your order for any reason, and we have not tried to contact you please give us a call toll free 866-721-3764 or email info@frognirvana.com and we will assist you.
